15 year old vines. A mixture of limestone and clay soils near Châteauneuf-sur-Isère just north of Valance in the Rhone. Certified biodynamic and all the vines are harvested by hand. 100% destemmed and vinified in concrete tanks for 28-30 days. The wine is then matured for 8 months in concrete tanks before bottling.
