Ageing is done on fine lees for 12 months, 50% of the wine is aged in barrel (mix of young and old oak barrels) and 50% in concrete vats. Rich and nicely detailed, boasting roasted fig, raspberry ganache, melted licorice and espresso, with a streak of iron racing through the finish. Ripe and distinctive, showing a mouthwatering edge.
